Credit and Collections Representative
- Monday to Friday -8am- 5pm
- Hybrid- 3 days on site - 2 days work from home
- 1-year contract
- Preparing weekly and monthly corporate financial reporting
- Preparing and assisting with monthly journal entries
- Weekly and monthly internal reports
- Performing internal audit and compliance testing
- Engaging and collaborating with finance team members to complete special projects and other duties as assigned
- Intermediate general ledger background from journal entries through financial statement preparation
- Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Education or experience to fulfill the essential functions and responsibilities with a minimum of 2 years accounting/general ledger experience
- Education- HS Diploma required
- Communication is key - must be able to speak clearly and professionally with Sales team and end clients
- Must be detailed Orientated, organized, multi task - this is a very fast paced environment
- Customer Services Skills required
- ERP Applications - Peoplesoft or SAP is a plus
- Must have excellent Excel exp
